Collection: Yellow Tea

The rarest, most limited, and exclusive category of tea.

Traditional yellow tea processing closely resembles that of green tea, with one key difference: the inclusion of a unique step known as menhuang or "sealing yellow." During this stage, the tea is wrapped in thick cloth or parchment paper and left to gently rest for several days at a temperature of around 50°C. This process alters the appearance of the tea, giving it a slightly yellow hue, and creates its distinctive aroma and flavor profile.

Unlike green tea, yellow tea stores exceptionally well and continues to develop over time — becoming richer, sweeter, and smoother in taste.
