About the Tea

Longjing (or Xi Hu Longjing) is one of China’s "Ten Famous Teas." Despite being an early harvest, this tea boasts a rich aroma, a full-bodied and balanced taste. The premium quality of the leaves and meticulous craftsmanship result in an exceptionally complex flavor profile.

Brewing Recommendations

Use a thin-walled gaiwan, a porcelain teapot, or glassware. Brew with water cooled to 80°C (176°F). Short, frequent infusions are recommended to maintain the tea's optimal temperature.
