Brewing Recommendations
Warm your teaware thoroughly, rinse the tea leaves, and take a moment to enjoy the intoxicating aroma. Slow down and immerse yourself in the experience to fully appreciate the tea’s depth.
For gongfu brewing, use 5–6 grams per 100 ml of water. Brew in a porcelain gaiwan or a resonant Yixing teapot to maximize aroma. Use boiling water, steep for 7–10 seconds, increasing steeping time with each infusion. The tea holds up to six or more infusions.
For Western-style brewing, use 3 grams per 250 ml of water and steep for 3–4 minutes.
