Brewing Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat your teaware and take your time—this tea unfolds beautifully with patience.
2️⃣ Gongfu brewing:

• Use 5–6g per 100ml of water.
• Brew with boiling water in a porcelain gaiwan or a resonant Yixing teapot.
• Steep for 5–15 seconds, adjusting to taste.
• Expect at least 6 infusions.
  3️⃣ Western-style brewing:
• Use 4g per 250ml of water.
• Steep for 3–4 minutes.
