Meng Ding Gan Lu, or "Sweet Dew from Meng Ding Mountain," is a first spring harvest green tea, picked before the Qingming Festival. Delicate, smooth, and full of nuanced flavors. Its hallmark is the early spring buds and leaves, covered in fine white fuzz.

Aroma

Sweet and toasty, with pastry-like and honeyed notes. Freshly cut grass is distinctly present. Light and refreshing.

Flavor

Sweet, delicate, juicy, with nutty, floral-honey undertones and a lingering confectionery-like aftertaste.
